Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Operations role has the following main responsibilities: Sales Operations role has the following main responsibilities:

1.  Ensures that FS Japan (financial services sector) sales data is up to date and accurate in global CRM system

  • Design governance system for improving CRM data quality in Japan and ensuring that sales teams update data regularly
  • Coach sales teams on CRM system tools and updates to improve data quality 
2.  Supports FS  sales heads as main liaison with APAC sales teams including: collecting bid and sales information requests from Japan sales teams/CRM system/Power BI dashboard; making updates to information in CRM system and managing master version of Japan sales target data; dealing with other ad hoc requests

3.  Support with other ad hoc sales tasks such as contracting, NDA, invoicing and sales materials

  1. Confident communicator who feels comfortable enforcing compliance to ensure data quality
  2. Able to take ownership of data quality issues and drive to a solution
  3. Able to communicate effectively with senior leadership in Japanese and English and provide updates to senior teams where required
  4. Able to collaborate effectively with Capgemini teams in Japan, and global teams in APAC
  5. Proactive individual, comfortable working independently and taking initiative to ensure goals are met
  6. Strong attention to detail and good organization skills
  7. Experience working with a CRM system such as Salesforce preferred
  8. Experience in a similar role with proven track record of improving data quality will be appreciated
  9. Familiarity with Power BI and Excel

  • Bilingual (Japanese - Fluent, English - Fluent
