The Incumbent will be accountable for driving New business opportunities with customers in Engineering R&D for Automotive sector in Japan region and managing and growing with existing set of assigned accounts in order to meet the annual, quarterly and monthly revenue and bookings goals


Duties and Responsibilities / 職務範囲:

  • Business Development for new clients, new services
  • Client management - Customer satisfaction improvement (relationship management
  • Manage and expand our business with existing clients
  • Occasionally support and collaborate with delivery team to solve issues for clients
  • Partner relationship management including collaboration with other BUs in Capgemini group


Qualifications (Mandatory) / 応募条件(必須):

  • At least 7 years of sales experience in Engineering IT/Engineering/ PLM Service
  • Global business experience
  • Professional domain expertise either in Industry or in Technology
  • Excellent communications skills in Japanese and English languages


Qualifications (Preferred) / 応募条件(歓迎):

  • 10+ years of experience
  • Must have exposure to Selling and/or Consulting in Engineering services space for min 5 years
  • Bilingual (Japanese level - Native, English level - Fluent)
