• Japanese and English Language speaking & writing skills 
• 6 to 9 years of overall IT experience
• Strong experience of design/development of Tableau visualization solutions
• Expert on Tableau reports/dashboard creation and server side configuration functionalities.
• Ability to use complex expressions to calculate, group, filter, parameterize, optimize and format custom dashboards/reports
• Expert on Tableau Report Performance Optimization
• Advanced understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of Relational and Dimensional data modelling concepts
• Determine testing needed to ensure the functionality and integrity of reporting solutions.
• Deploy reports/dashboard to Tableau server.
• Ability to work with business to deliver dashboards, as well as to train and evangelize the use of visualization within the client business areas.
• Programming to satisfy business requirements for large, complex projects
• Participate in design reviews and provide alternatives
• Conduct code reviews and make sure quality solutions are built and best Practices standards have been followed
• Troubleshoot systems production performance issues under tight deadlines
• The candidate must have experience with connecting Tableau to multiple disparate data sources
• Experience writing complex SQL is strongly preferred.
• Drive all aspects of successful implementations from requirements and design to training and delivery
• Mentor/train less experienced Tableau reporting specialists
