ProTrainer Safety Mentor Program
At Canada Cartage, we have over 500 drivers with more than 10 years of experience at the company. We want to tap into this incredible resource! The ProTrainer Safety Program is designed to have our experienced drivers share their knowledge with those who are new to our company or new to our profession.
Educational Assistance
Educational assistance is available to full-time regular employees only. Canada Cartage may provide up to one-hundred percent tuition reimbursement to any employee on completion of any pre-approved educational program.

We offer wage premiums for specialty work.
Our benefits packages include medical benefits, including dental and drug coverage, vision care, and chiropractor and massage coverage. We also offer RRSP and pension options.
We also offer a number of perks to our employees. Students of all employees are also eligible to earn up to $1,000 per student as part of our Scholastic Achievement Awards. We also offer special discounts for all employees with many national companies, including Perkopolis, Goodlife Fitness, Bell and Rogers telecommunications, and many more.
We also offer a Driver Referral Program for employees, Canada Caratge will pay $2,250 to team members who are instrumental in recruiting a new driver once the recruit completes their probationary period.
