Customer Service Representative (Temporary Position)

Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 6:00 PM-2:30 AM

Position Summary

Canada Cartage is looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be a team player engaged in all aspects of the business.

The Customer Service Representative  is responsible for assisting team members, service centers and drivers.

Details of Position:

  • Respond to internal & external requests for information
  • Data entry
  • KPI reporting
  • Daily audit of time sheets using telematics
  • Perform administrative duties, including, but not limited to, filing, mailing, and scanning
  • Possible time sheet collection from customer location
  • Other duties as assigned

Core Competencies and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Establish and maintain positive relationship with Customer
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Self motivated , enjoy working in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Must pass a criminal record check; must be bondable
  • Must have reliable transportation
