Position Summary


Reporting to the General Manager, the CSR supports the day-to-day warehouse operations of the Brampton warehouse, to ensure all scheduling and Planning meets the customers’ expectations while maintaining daily requests and organization of all required documents for filing.

Location:  250 First Gulf Blvd., Brampton


Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 – 5:30



What you will do

Accountability:  Customer Service, Time split: 90%

  • Daily Customer requests, POD, Track and trace, Rush Requests etc.
  • Initiate or follow up with any Inventory investigations required by the customer
  • Maintain and send all daily Customer specific or Management reports
  • Work Closely with the transportation team on delayed deliveries or customer requests and appointment booking
  • Manage and follow through with any investigation required to support Customer complaints
  • Data Entry within Warehouse Management System, Transportation system and any Client specific systems/software
  • Daily Filing of all documents for retention and customer needs
  • Maintain and update Warehouse KPI package for management and customer
  • Warehouse Payables
  • Dispatching Drivers, Paperwork, In-Bound and Out-Bound Logs.  Scheduling appointments


 Accountability: Operations, Time split 10%

  • Work alongside of the Lead and Supervisor to insure daily tasks are followed up on and completed
  • Communication with all Operation Team members must remain current and constant to insure quick and accurate results to minimize impact to the flow of the operations team.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Expertise and Experience

  • 5 Years of combined working experience in a Customer Service Roll
  • A comprehensive knowledge of:

-          Best warehousing practices

-          Distribution centre operations

-          Warehouse management systems

-          Familiarity with MS Office software, particularly Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Word

-          Occupational Health and Safety

  • 2 Year Previous experience as Customer Service in warehouse setting, operations in a warehouse, fulfillment center or 3PL operation, preferred
  • Familiarity with various WMS software systems
