Position: Customer Service Representative

Status: Full Time

Location: Brampton, ON

Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8:00AM to 5:00PM

 

Canada Cartage Logistics Solutions located in Brampton is seeking candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Timely and professional response to internal and external customer requests
  • Auditing invoice for all key information
  • Monitor Customer Service emails/phone calls
  • Assisting team members

Core Competencies & Qualifications

  • 1-2 years’ experience in customer service is required
  • Experience in an administrative role is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, time specific and targeted environment
  • Works well in a team
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel
  • Self-motivated and well organized
  • Attention to details
