Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Admin

Location: Calgary, AB

Position Type: Full-time (Temporary Contract)

Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday  Day Shift

Job Purpose

Support the day-to-day operations of the Calgary Kore Logistics Branch, to ensure all scheduling and Planning meets the customers’ expectations while maintaining daily requests and organization of all required documents for filing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Daily Customer requests, POD, Track and trace, Rush Requests etc.
  • Maintain and send all daily Customer specific or Management reports
  • Work Closely with the transportation team on delayed deliveries or customer requests and appointment booking
  • Manage and follow through with any investigation required to support Customer complaints
  • Data Entry 
  • Daily Filing of all documents for retention and customer needs
  • Dispatching Drivers, Paperwork, In-Bound and Out-Bound Logs.  Scheduling appointments
  • Communication with all Operation Team members must remain current and constant to ensure quick and accurate results to minimize impact to the flow of the operations team
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Knowledge, Expertise and Experience:

  • 1 to 2 Years of combined working experience in a Customer Service or Administrative role
  • Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
  • Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with MS Office software, particularly Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Word
  • Must be bondable
  • Transportation Industry experience considered an asset
