We are currently looking to add a Solutions Analyst to support our sales efforts and existing customers. This is an 18 month contract position. We are looking for someone who is equally passionate about serving the community and achieving operational success alongside our dedicated and loyal employees.

Located at our Head Office in Mississauga, 1115 Cardiff Blvd. and reporting to the Director of Customer Solutions the primary role of the Solutions Analyst is to actively support the company’s and customers’ strategic initiatives to reduce costs and improve services. The incumbent is responsible to capture business requirements and shipping data to perform analysis and develop value added solutions that meet the company and customer business goals.



Develop cost effective solutions, in conjunction with operations and sales, for new business opportunities

Provide alternative solutions for existing business to improve productivity, efficiency and reduce overall costs

Support operations on the implementation of new business or continuous improvement initiatives

Assess new and ongoing customer reporting requirements, organizes and analyses data and compiles the results to generate various financial, activity and performance KPI reports

Ability to filter, cleanse, analyze and interpret multiple data points

Work on special projects as required


 Core Competencies and Qualification:

This position requires a high degree of creativity and attention to details, the incumbent must be self-motivated and able to effectively collaborate / communicate at all levels with both internal stakeholders and external customers

  • Undergraduate University degree / College Diploma in Business, Statistical Analysis or equivalent
  • Relevant working experience preferred
  • C.I.T.T. and/or P. Log are assets
  • Results driven, highly motivated, with strong analytical and problem solving skills in a team environment
  • Highly proficient / advanced working knowledge in Excel spreadsheet
  • Strong knowledge of other Microsoft products (e.g. Word,  Access, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Ability to manage cross functional relationships (Sales, Operations, Procurement)
  • Able to pass a criminal background check
