Position:  Lease & Contract Administrator

Status:  Full Time

Location:  Mississauga, ON

Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8:30AM to 5:00PM

 

Canada Cartage located in Mississauga is seeking candidates for the position of Lease & Contract Administrator

 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lease administration
    • Bank lease buy out paperwork for expiring leases
    • System set up for new leases
    • Document file and retention  
  • Equipment Disposal administration
    • Website updates
    • Bill of Sale creation
    • Coordination of equipment disposal including payment for equipment
  • System Administration (TMT – Fleet Maintenance Software)
    • New unit set up
    • Warranty set up
    • Lease set up
    • Date entry
  • Purchasing Support
    • Request for pricing
    • Document coordination
    • Drafting of business cases related to equipment acquisitions.
  • Warranty Renewal
    • Run reports out of Transman
    • Track incoming aftermarket parts
    • Notifying the vender – determine whether they will pay or deny
    • Set up claims based on results of report
 
Key Skills & Core Competencies:
  • Data entry
  • Microsoft excel, word, & power point
  • Communication & professionalism  – role will interact will all “C” level staff
  • Additional computer skills to support website admin and fleet maintenance software system administration
  • 5 years of related experience
  • Previous transportation related experience
