Position Summary

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Payroll Adjustment Coordinator will be responsible to ensure accurate and timely completion of pay related entries and adjustments to provide accurate up to date requirements.

Location: 1115 Cardiff Blvd., Mississauga - onsite

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

What you will do:

• Address, identify error(s), submit and resolve driver and broker-driver pay issues using A1 and UKG systems. Submit entries into payroll hub for correction and reimbursement.
• Understand various vacation plans and payroll accruals as well as vacation calculations and employee usage and communicate necessary information to staff.
• Calculate, track and enter timecard entries and/or adjustments for payroll processing.
• Password resets, monitor and maintenance of ongoing changes to employee information in UKG.
• Prepare and track reporting for management as required. 
• Other duties as required.

What You’ll Bring

•           2 years previous payroll entry experiences.
•           Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem solving skills.
•           Previous transportation experience is an asset.
•           Customer service focus and a team player.
•           Strong initiative to achieve individual/team goals.
•           Proficient with MS Office and Excel.
•           Experience with payroll software.
•           Ability to work within a high volume and fast paced environment.
