We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Medford team. The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support business decision-making. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights into financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and help shape the company’s financial strategy.
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the following:

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Medford team. The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support business decision-making. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights into financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and help shape the company’s financial strategy.
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and maintaining financial models to support forecasting and strategic planning
- Analyzing financial results and identifying trends, risks and opportunities
- Preparing weekly reports for the executive leadership team
- Collaborating with the executive leadership team to gather data and align financial goals
- Supporting budgeting and variance analysis across departments
- Presenting financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership team
- Enhancing reporting tools and processes for greater efficiency and accuracy
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
- Assisting with scenario planning and ad hoc financial analysis projects
Positions Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Suite; particularly Excel experience with financial systems (e.g., ERP, planning tools)
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial statements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
- Experience with Costpoint or Cognos
- CFA certified
