Description
Subcontractor Invoices Review and Processing
•Review and process subcontractor invoices weekly in compliance with contract/subcontract terms •Review PO and release to make sure PO is set up correctly and releases are good to be vouched •Vouch subcontractor invoices within the accounting system accurately •Update status of the subcontractor invoices and other info as needed properly in the subcontractor invoice tracking log •Coordinate and Follow up proactively with the Subcontractor Administrator to resolve any issues. •File subcontractor invoices to the appropriate folders.
Project Set Up
•Assist with project set up process, including but not limited to entering budgets and setting up rate tables. • Update contract modification within the accounting system as requested. •Ad hoc support as needed.
Fiduciary Responsibility
•Continuous focus on the safeguarding of company assets •Maintains confidentiality with all financial documents and sensitive company and employee information •Maintains proper filing and documentation with strong attention to detail •Accountable for knowledge of and compliance with GAAP and company accounting policy •Maintain and adhere to internal control structure
Position Requirements
- 0-2 years of applicable experience
- *This position requires an employee to work in-person at our Medford, MA office location.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong time management and communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
