Introduction

Our secular consumer division, Calvert, is looking for detail-oriented people to join our team in the role of Customer Service Representative. This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, multitasking and strong attention to detail. Potential candidates should have the ability to generate and foster new sales and retention.

All office-based employees or employees meeting face-to-face with other employees are required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

A Day in the Life as Customer Service Representative

This person responds to customer calls, emails, and other direct contacts in a timely manner. A variety of 80+ inbound and outbound calls are handled daily. Communications are recorded in a CRM system and orders/payments are entered into a separate system, amongst other data entry requirements. People in this position listen with intent and ask questions to dig deeper into what a potential family needs to be successful, then make recommendations based on the information provided.

Qualifications

-          1+ years of experience in related area

-          Proficient in navigating computer software

-          Strong listener

-          Excellent phone skills

-          Exceptional customer service

-          Ability to achieve targets.
