We are currently searching for a talented Lead Senior UNIX / LINUX Systems Administrator with Top Secret Clearance in Dahlgren, VA
About the Job
CALNET has a need for a Lead Senior UNIX / LINUX Systems Administrator for a large IT Services Contract with the Navy in Dahlgren, VA.
Six (6) years of professional experience in UNIX and/or Linux system administration of networks and software systems. Experience in system backup and recovery; basic software management; security management and library management; installation and configuration of hardware; operational systems and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software; operating computer systems in different operating environments; and sizing, performance, tuning, hardware/software/network trouble shooting and resource allocation. Experience in different network protocols including TCP/IP and major network security tools such as firewalls, knowledge of computing and networking vulnerabilities, attach methods, and latest detection methods. This position is required to be designated as Information Assurance Technician (IAT) III level with a Top-Secret Clearance
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of Professional Experience in Unix / Linux Systems Administration
- Information Assurance Technician (IAT) III level - CASP CE or CCNP or CISA or CISSP (or Associate).
- Top-Secret Clearance
