Key Responsibilities
- User Research: Conduct research to understand user needs and behaviors through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Graphic Design: Create visual content for web, social media, emails, print, and digital materials to support marketing campaigns.
- Branding: Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensure alignment in campaigns, and evaluate visual impact.
- Web Design: Design user-friendly web pages and landing pages for marketing.
- Design Optimization: Craft engaging templates and content to drive engagement and conversions.
- Video Editing: Produce and edit high-quality videos for various platforms.
- Collaboration: Work with teams to align designs with business goals and technical feasibility.
- UX Experience: Provide wireframes and design recommendations for new features.
- Design System Management: Maintain a cohesive design system for consistency.
- Data-Driven Design: Create infographics and visualizations to communicate insights.
- Responsive Design: Ensure designs are effective across all devices.
- Partner Design: Develop co-branded materials adhering to partner guidelines.
- Accessibility: Implement inclusive design practices.
- Design Documentation: Maintain style guides and documentation.

Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic and campaign work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and UX tools (Figma, Sketch).
- Expertise in digital design for emails, social media, websites, and campaigns.
- Basic video editing skills and motion graphics experience.
- Social media content creation for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience in responsive design and web principles.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Communication skills to present design concepts effectively.
