Key Responsibilities
  • User Research: Conduct research to understand user needs and behaviors through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Graphic Design: Create visual content for web, social media, emails, print, and digital materials to support marketing campaigns.
  • Branding: Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensure alignment in campaigns, and evaluate visual impact.
  • Web Design: Design user-friendly web pages and landing pages for marketing.
  • Design Optimization: Craft engaging templates and content to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Video Editing: Produce and edit high-quality videos for various platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work with teams to align designs with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • UX Experience: Provide wireframes and design recommendations for new features.
  • Design System Management: Maintain a cohesive design system for consistency.
  • Data-Driven Design: Create infographics and visualizations to communicate insights.
  • Responsive Design: Ensure designs are effective across all devices.
  • Partner Design: Develop co-branded materials adhering to partner guidelines.
  • Accessibility: Implement inclusive design practices.
  • Design Documentation: Maintain style guides and documentation.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends and technologies.
  • Visual Storytelling: Highlight community impact through compelling visuals.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic and campaign work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and UX tools (Figma, Sketch).
  • Expertise in digital design for emails, social media, websites, and campaigns.
  • Basic video editing skills and motion graphics experience.
  • Social media content creation for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience in responsive design and web principles.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Communication skills to present design concepts effectively.
  • User-centered approach with data-driven design insights.
  • Cultural awareness to create inclusive designs.
  • Problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
