Description

• Develops and configures automation processes per the technical design document (TDD) to meet defined requirements.
• Develops and configures new processes, tasks, and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
• Work with client subject matter experts to gather and document process requirements.
• Implement, test, and deliver high-quality robotic process automation solutions.
• Write end-user and RPA administration run books/documentation for delivered RPA solutions.
• Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, define the RPA value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential, and recommend RPA approach/strategy.
• Develop As-Is Process, Process Description Document (PDD), To-Be Automated Process, and Solution Design Document (SDD).
• Develop RPA client architecture and solution proposal focusing on scalability and extensibility.
• Work with teams to identify business requirements, functional design, process design (scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures.
• Provide excellent client engagement and manage the client's expectations.
• Apply agile development methodology to the technical delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions.
• Proficiency in RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, Oracle, etc.) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

• Relevant certifications in RPA (e.g., UiPath RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional) are a plus.
