Key Responsibilities

• Convert and integrate inspection-related forms from a legacy platform into a new system.
• Develop and configure form logic, validations, and data handling using JavaScript
• Ensure seamless data flow between form submissions, internal systems, and external recipients (e.g., firedepartments, police departments).
• Investigate and trace data outcomes from inspection reports, ensuring information is updated and accurate across platforms.
• Set up automated communications and notifications (e.g., emails) triggered by form actions or results.
• Act as a liaison between development, operations, and client teams to ensure technical solutions meet functional requirements.
• Own the entire integration process—from understanding the original form structure and logic to ensuringproper deployment and support in the new system.

Requirements

• Strong JavaScript knowledge to support dynamic form behaviors and custom data handling.
• Experience integrating or migrating business workflows across platforms or systems. 
• Familiarity with form-building tools, data mapping, and workflow automation.
  Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 level) – must be comfortable working across teams and clearly documenting processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• High autonomy – capable of working independently and proactively identifying and solving integration issues.
• Experience in support, technical operations, or system integration roles preferred.
• Prior exposure to inspection, compliance, or field service environments is a plus.
