Summary

We are seeking a professional self-starter and sales enthusiast to join us as our Sales Rep! This role serves as an integral part of our sales team which will be responsible for recruiting new relationships with schools and exceeding expected sales quotas. Responsibilities

  • Prospect and sell to key individuals within target schools by making calls, sending emails, and using social media.
  • Establish productive relationships with current and prospective accounts.
  • Profitably grow business and market share through proactive outside sales activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through highly responsive communication with assigned accounts.
  • Maintain account files and complete sales contracts, paperwork, and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Meet or exceed annual quota of new schools to sign.
  • Travel to schools to prospect and service existing accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; a minimum of 2 years proven sales experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
  • Proven selling skills, specifically related to growing existing accounts or acquiring new business.
  • Results focused with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license as well as reliable transportation.
  • Return of a satisfactory background check.
