The Role

Cady’s Production Director embodies the core value “Small Details are Huge”. This leader provides direction and guidance and oversees the quality assurance processes and workflows of our in-house and outsourced product production teams. This includes negotiation and management of vendor SLA’s, performance management of a team, and being two steps ahead of every step to ensure premier execution.

You will:

  • Oversee the quality assurance process and proactively QC products to identify areas of improvement
  • Manage all outsourced vendors
  • Be responsible for development and managing vendor SLAs
  • Drive and track performance of production team deliverables, ensuring accurate, quality products in adherence to department guidelines
  • Forecast resources needed and assign accordingly
  • Identify weak production processes and implement improvement strategies
  • Provide supportive management and professional development to production team members
  • Be responsible for weekly reporting of department KPIs


  • Fulfillment of outputs based on department defined timelines
  • Negotiation of vendor SLA’s that meet standards set
  • Training and development of lead Production team members
  • Timely hiring and management of staff and schedules to maintain service levels

The Ideal candidate has:

  • 7-10 years of experience in process and workforce management
  • Financial, market and supplier analysis ability
  • Prior vendor management experience
  • Contract reading, writing and negotiation skills
  • Problem solving and improvement skills
  • Six Sigma Cert. a plus
  • Strong background in IT/data systems workflow
  • Strong interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Adaptable and willing to work in a changing environment
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Sound judgment and a high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Personal dedication to team/individual development
