About this Role

The Domo Administrator will support and build the Domo platform infrastructure that enables CADY to generate the analytics needed for informed decision making.

This is a technical administrative role in a dynamic, innovative, fast-paced environment. To be successful, you must be a driven self-starter with great instincts in interpreting input from multiple directions simultaneously. You will also possess excellent troubleshooting and follow-through skills. Your curiosity and attention to detail will be a crucial success factor in this role. You must have the ability to create and follow administrative and security policies even when faced with the pressure not to.

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
  • Demonstrate ability to understand and contribute to functional requirements as well as ability to communicate changes at a functional level and with varying levels within the organization.
  • Function as a global System Administrator for Domo
  • Complete day-to-day activities needed for maintaining Domo, including cleansing activities and enforcing clean data via best practices
  • Evaluate existing processes, workflows and reporting requirements to determine the most effective and efficient model
  • Stay current with the periodic Domo releases
  • Adhere to standards and IT best practices, including but not limited to system, design, operational, installation, security, and configuration
  • Be willing to accept changes in the organization and adapt to changes through learning and communication
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and issues to management in an effective, consistent, and timely manner
  • Must be able to work independently as well as collaborate with a larger team
  • Be willing to work in an environment that promotes new ideas, “thinks outside the box” and strives for excellence and enjoyment in providing all aspects of application solutions to the business
  • Other duties as assigned 


  • Experience with Domo system administration
  • Experience with the creation and updates of Domo dashboards, cards, trusted attributes, reports, and notifications
  • Experience developing PDP Policies and data permission structures
  • Proven track record in leading initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience working in an enterprise-level environment
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • Domo certifications are preferred
