As a Studio Experience Rep, you are the fundamental key of the CADY studio experience. This position primarily hosts and assists clients through their unforgettable journey in one of our studios. We are looking for someone who is customer-centric, organized, and energetic to help drive student and parent positive experiences.
What will you do as a Studio Experience Rep?
- Greet clients arriving to the studio.
- Check clients into their session and verify their information.
- Check clients out and verify the quality of images.
- Help keep the studio clean and orderly.
- Keep studio supplies stocked.
- Assist clients in preparing for their sessions.
Can you check these boxes?
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Hostess or front desk experience preferred, but not required.
- Return of a satisfactory background check.
- Motivated team player with a proven record of customer care.
- Willing and able to serve clients of all personalities and demographics.
