We are looking for a Head of Business Development who, reporting to the CMO, will be an exceptional addition to our Marketing team here at Byte. You will be a part of a small but especially influential team supporting and driving our growth trajectory, leading the identification and evaluation of strategic growth opportunities and new partner opportunities.

What you will do.
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and execute strategic partnerships across a variety of verticals with a focus on Lifestyle Brands (Equinox, Peloton, etc), Insurance Companies and other potential long-term BD partners that will drive consumer traffic and enhance the Byte brand
  • Develop meaningful relationships with potential partners, supporting deals from start to finish.
  • Drive maximum effectiveness and impact from partnerships through ongoing optimization and channel development.
  • Envision new ways for the marketing and partnership teams to positively impact core business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to launch new markets and offerings.
  • Set, track, and report on ambitious performance metrics.
  • Serve as a leader within the Byte team to support the growth and development of Business Development as an organization within the company.

What You Will Need.

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, concierge management, or management consulting
  • A proven track record of established and optimized partnerships in past roles
  • Established relationships within the lifestyle industry
  • Analytical mindset with a player-coach mentality
  • Ability to define and solve practical problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to organize and plan effectively and ability to think analytically to solve problems and make proper decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
