We are looking for a Product Analyst to assist our Product team with key strategic insights to optimize and improve our web platform and overall customer journey. You will be working with Product Management and Senior Product Leadership to provide analytical insights about our customer journey across web, app, and offline engagement to drive ideation and prioritization of experience enhancements. The role will also own a portion of the web platform from an analytics instrumentation perspective and advise the Product and Engineering team in proper tracking and analysis.
 
What You Will Do: 

  • Support a “test first” environment by reporting and analyzing A/B/N and Multivariate test results based on hypothesis crafted with product management
  • Identify critical KPIs and goals in conjunction with the product team and help ensure the team stays on top of the metrics by building and designing dashboards for daily consumption
  • Work alongside various engineering teams to ensure proper web tagging and tracking are implemented as products launch and evolve
  • Partner with the data warehouse team to ensure data pipelines are built so data is available for raw level data analysis and reporting.
  • Help drive product strategy by finding actionable insights through ad-hoc requests
  • Continue to build a data-informed culture inside and out of the product team by becoming experts at the analytics tools and software used internally and help other teams understand how to use those tools

Who You Are: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
  • 1-2 years’ work experience in an analytics-oriented field
  • Experience with SQL; familiarity with R and/or Python a plus
  • Ability to tell a story based on data; proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Familiar with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Heap Analytics, FullStory, etc
  • Exposure to tag management platforms such as Tealium/Google Tag Manager
