Collections Representative needed! 
 

Rewards for Collections Representative:

  • Total annual compensation of $40,000.00 - $65,000.00

Collections Representative Responsibilities:

  • Meet collection goals to allow for a performing portfolio & the credit advancement of our customers
  • Seek long term resolution with customers, educate & re-educate customers on the importance of establishing or rebuilding their credit
  • Team with other members of Consumer Finance and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction

Hours For Collections Representative:

  • No Sundays
  • 40 hour work schedule
  • Monday-Thursday until 5:30PM, Friday until 6PM, Saturday 8AM-12PM

Collections Representative Requirements:

  • Call center, collections, customer retention or related experience
  • Able to work some early evening & Saturday work hours
  • Must be able to come to the Marietta, OH office 3 days a week
  • Must reside in the Marietta, OH or Parkersburg, WV area

Collections Representative Skills:

  • Listen intently to the customer
