Collection Manager Responsibilities:

• Hire, develop & motivate team members
• Manage delinquency & charge-off 
• Pull & review collection & lending reports
• Back up the Branch General Manager as needed

 Collections Manager Requirements:

• Consumer based collections experience
• Management/leadership experience
• Leadership, computer & customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license

 Collections Manager Work Hours:

• No Sundays
• 5-day work week schedule
• 40 - 45 hours per week
• 1 Saturday off per month
• Weekday off if a Saturday is worked
• Office hours: M-F 9-7, Sat 9-4

Industry Experience Good for Collections Manager: 

• Call center collections
• Rent-to-own collections
• Payday/title loan collections
• Consumer finance collections
• Sub-prime automotive collections
• Related collections or lending experience
