Branch General Manager Responsibilities:
- Hire, develop & motivate team members
- Sales management
- Manage credit origination & account servicing
- Ensure a high level of customer service
- Ensure compliance
- Reporting & analytics to help drive results
Branch General Manager Requirements:
- Sales & collections or lending experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Good computer, customer service, and leadership skills
- Able to work some early evening & Saturday hours
- Able to work up to 50 hours per week
