Manager in Training

There is a Manager in Training career opportunity for one of our growing branches!  The selected candidate will train in all areas of the business and be given the tools needed for success!

Manager in Training Rewards:

• $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 starting salary based on experience
• Monthly incentive up to $3,000.00

Manager in Training Responsibilities:

• Attend various training sessions
• Gain a good understanding of overall operations
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service
• Assist other branch team members as needed
• Perform branch related tasks in aid in portfolio success

Manager in Training Requirements:

• College degree is preferred
• Manager or team leader experience
• Good computer proficiency
• Good business acumen
• Able to work the hours listed

Manager in Training Work Hours:

• Work most Saturdays 9-4 with a weekday off
• No Sundays
• 5-day work week
• 45 hours per week
• Location hours: M-F 9-7, SAT 9-4
