Job Summary: 
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for Regional Service Inventory operations including; Regional Support and Service Performance, Customer Fill Rate performance, New Business Planning, Inventory balancing across forward stocking locations, FSL vendor management, and service repair operations management. The Supply Chain Analyst will optimize client performance, ensure quality, maintain accuracy, increase longevity and improve fiscal efficiency throughout Burroughs’ service parts network. 
 
Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities: 
  • Drives continual focus and actions centered on customer experience and industry class-leading performance for equipment availability; including embracing the concept of "The Right Part in the Right Place at the Right Time". 
  • Manages a network of remote forward-stocking and depot locations for the purpose of parts distribution and same-day availability. 
  • Identifies and tracks key metrics to drive continual improvement in terms of both service and cost. 
  • Works closely with Regional Field Service Management to improve “last-mile” access to service parts. 
  • Develops strong partnerships with both 3PL storage and repair vendors to drive efficiency, access, and quality through the Burroughs network. 
  • Defines individual accountability and provide oversight, leadership, and education for team members. 
  • Prioritizes inventory field stocking levels based on utilization, cost, and substitution. 
  • Performs stocking analysis and adjustment recommendations for both existing and new services (ramp up, ramp down, new technology and/or regulation). 
  • Determines best acquisition model e.g. make versus buy decisions. 
 
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: 
  • The team member may occasionally lift and move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. 
  • This is largely a sedentary role, requiring use of typical office equipment such as a computer, laptop and cell phone. 
  • This job may operate in a professional office environment 
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
  • Ability to operate at both detailed and high levels (tactical actions and technical knowledge vs. strategic development and planning) and to drive a sense of energy, action, and accountability regarding customer service and satisfaction. 
  • Has a track record of leading and implementing efficient supply chain strategies. 
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and changing priorities
  • Has Make/Repair skills versus Buy analytical skills 
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) 
  • Strong computer skills- knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as NetSuite/Oracle Field Services. 
  • Industry knowledge is a strong plus 
  • Attention to detail and results driven 
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
 
Education and Experience: 
  • At least 3 years' industry experience in service, supply chain or a related field; prior experience in service or supply chain operations for cash management technology equipment is preferred. 
  • Prior experience managing in-house and outsourced repair operations (including repair center staff) preferred.  
For this position our annual salary range is $62,000 - $90,000 depending on relevant experience.
