Job Summary:
This Channel Manager / Services Liaison role will be calling on the financial institution segment and will lead cross-selling coordination across our group of companies with deal facilitation and Burroughs Sales team engagement. Candidates MUST have prior experience in the cash automation solution selling space. This role plays a critical part in aligning commercial strategies and integrating go-to-market initiatives across diverse business units. The Channel Manager is responsible for ensuring the market is well-versed in Burroughs’ services and capabilities across North America.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executive Leadership to build scalable frameworks for cross-brand communication, campaign alignment, and enablement—all while maintaining operational continuity and protecting brand integrity. An effective candidate in this role will uncover synergistic opportunities, streamline joint sales efforts, and ensure a unified customer experience across channels. Success in this role will directly accelerate revenue growth and deepen client engagement within our expanding ecosystem.
Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving assigned annual new sales quota.
- Lead and coordinate cross-sell initiatives between Burroughs and acquired entities to drive revenue and customer retention
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans that support channel growth and partner engagement
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including strategic partners and affiliated sales teams
- Communicate Burroughs’ value proposition clearly across business units and ensure consistent messaging
- Identify white space (existing customer) opportunities in product and service offerings; facilitate bundled or paired solution strategies
- Track and report performance metrics on cross-sell activities, pipeline progress, and channel engagement results
- Develop enablement materials for partner teams and sales liaisons to support outreach and conversion
- Ensure ongoing education and communication across teams regarding Burroughs' services, capabilities, and innovations

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ years of experience in channel management, business development, or strategic partnerships
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and partner-led growth
- Experience working with acquired companies or navigating post-merger integration preferred
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), collaboration tools, and MS Office Suite
For this position our annual base salary range is between $92,000 to $100,000 depending on relevant experience, plus eligibility to participate in the Burroughs Commission Incentive Plan.
