Position Overview:
Our high growth company is seeking an action-oriented, collaborative, innovative, and data-driven Ecommerce Operations Associate to drive engagement and revenue for our flagship web property,  This role will report to the Ecommerce Merchandising Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance with the day-to-day site operations including updating & maintaining all products, collections, banners and navigation
  • Manage the promotional campaign lifecycle, coordinating across internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of site activations including but not limited to: sales, giveaways, subscriptions, website assets, SKU management
  • Continuously QA the website to ensure the best possible experience for the customer
  • Manage product catalogue on in conjunction with the Merchandising Manager
  • Help build product listings with applicable images and descriptions
  • Generate discount codes to be distributed to eligible customers
  • Work cross-functionally with the brand and creative team to outline all requirements and deliverables needed (brief) for any activity
  • Keep the Ecommerce, Operations, Customer Service, Finance & Marketing teams updated on upcoming launches & necessary details

What You Have

  • 1+ year(s) experience working in an eCommerce or product development environment
  • Shopify experience preferred
  • Jira experience preferred
  • Incredibly organized with the ability to track and manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Self-starter with the ability to proactively identify issues and provide solutions.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills to handle issues before they even arise.
  • Excellent communication skills - you must be able to articulate your needs or questions clearly.
  • Excel at working cross-functionally with different teams
