Position Summary

The Account Representative position is focused primarily on growing sales and maintain current applications at Clearwater Mill located at Lewiston ID. This position is critical to supporting the customer base of the assigned region or strategic business unit while actively focused on providing value to the customer and increase profits in the territory.

  • Mechanical abilities to maintain and repair Buckman assets or equipment failures

  • Obtaining and using knowledge of customers' systems

  • Ensure Activity (Service) Reports are distributed regularly

MPC generation at customer account

MPC metrics in KPM tracked quarterly

Successful trial/business conversions

Highly involved with sales funnel planning and tracking with Account Manager

Minimum Requirements to Apply

Education Level completed:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
  • Pulp & Paper, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Biology. Pulp & Paper Degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Specific training in pulp and paper science desired.
  • Knowledge in water treatment application is an asset.
  • Demonstrated understanding of business/finance and terminology desirable.
