Expectations for the role

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of schedules with overall business objectives
• Efficiently schedule manufacturing taking into account resources such as manpower, machinery, and materials to meet production goals.
• Identify and address potential bottlenecks in the production process to maximize efficiency.
• Liaise with production teams, supply chain, and other relevant departments to communicate schedule changes and updates.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to incorporate customer orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost effectiveness, and quality.
• Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall production performance.
• Ensure production schedules adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to address any deviations or issues affecting production output.

Minimum requirement to apply

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university.
• Supply chain knowledge - preferably APICS CPIM training or equivalent due to experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in using the SAP system
