Mission Statement

This is a great opportunity for a salesperson interested in driving new sales projects using Buckman’s unique technologies and customer relationship management programs. You will be able to work with the German team, whilst will having support from your colleagues located across the EMENA region.

 

Expectations for the role

 

  • Accelerate Sales and MPC (Market Profitable Contribution) growth/improvement through sales project execution.
  • Prepare strategic corporations bids and local Key Accounts Customer bids
  • Initiate contact and develop sales projects with key strategic customers outlined in the business plan.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
  • Develop or leverage existing high level technical, production & commercial contacts at target strategic corporations
  • Running and support trials and making sure trials’ evaluation plans are done

 

Minimum requirement to apply

 

  • Paper science or chemistry degree or equivalent
  • Language: German and English
  • Experience: 10+ years’ work experience in German paper manufacturing and/or chemical supplying industry (solid track record is required).
  • Experience delivering chemical sales projects
  • Knowledge: Packaging, MCA and Deposit control is required
