Position Summary

Provides technical support for internal and external customers worldwide in  product stewardship.  Supports and leads special projects and programs that drive product compliance, safety,  and customer response efficiency.


Main Job Duties

  • Implementation and maintenance of digitized regulatory data system  
  • Provide documentation for R&D samples, including imports, ensuring all substance meet TSCA requirements
  • Support the global regulatory communications community 
  • Preparations of global regulatory and product stewardship standards 
  • Audit regulatory and product stewardship programs against standards 

Minimum Requirements to Apply

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, required

Experience with data management systems and data analysis, desired

Knowledge of biochemistry, desired

Knowledge of polymer chemistry, desired

Ability to multitask on multiple projects 

Understanding manufacturing processes, desired

Leadership skills including leading teams and team meetings

Understanding of chemistry and nomenclature

Familiarity with chemical regulations, desired

Knowledge of Workfront, desired

Project management skills

Standard writing and auditing experience, desired

Ability to effectively communicate with chemists and non-chemists

Ability to rise above self-interest and provide objective, technical opinions

Ability to listen, ask questions and synthesize input

Ability to learn and apply knowledge

Ability to break down complex issues into understandable terms

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university

Chemistry or related sciences


Two to four years related experience and/or training; experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
