    Position Summary
    The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist is an integral part of the Global HR team, and provides support to the Human Resources operations and functional organizations in the area of system requirements within the HR Information Systems landscape. This position will report to our Global HRIS Manager. This role will be responsible for design, configuration, reports and analytics, testing of changes and updates as well as coordinating data reviews, as applicable.

    Job Responsibilities

     

    • Ensures accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS.
    • Responsible for all HR systems, to include implementation, maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and training.
    • Performs system admin set-up in Ceridian Dayforce, SAP HCM, Jobvite and other HR Systems when required.
    • Create positions, sets up org structures in the systems.
    • Analyze and make recommendations regarding system and process enhancements and task automation.
    • Creates standard and ad-hoc queries or reports (SQL Query and Reports)
    • Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.
    • Prepares end-user documentation or training materials as needed.
    • Performs complex data manipulation or modeling in support of critical business decisions.
    • Reviews system configurations and tests new modules or changes to existing modules.
    • Develops HR solutions to drive efficiency – PowerApps, RPAs, process optimization
    • Applies creativity to drive continuous improvement to HR processes and systems
    • Researches HR solutions, recommends solutions and drives execution

    Job Qualifications

    • 3-5 years’ experience in the human resources and/or HR information systems field
    • BS/BA in computer science, human resources, or relevant field
    • Proficiency and hands-on experience with variety of global HRIS applications.
    • Hands-on experience with either SAP HCM, Ceridian Dayforce, Jobvite or other modern HR software (Workday, Ultimate Software, other) is a plus
    • Advanced proficiency with MS Office, to include Excel (Pivot tables and Vlookup) and Access
    • Experience with mobile devices and software
    • Systems integration experience (API Integration)
    • Strong desire for data quality, a clear understanding of business processes and requests completed accurately and timely.
    • Exceptional attention to detail resulting in work with a high level of accuracy.
    • Ability to appropriately handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
    • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and global time zones.
    • Programming experience is desired
