                           Sourcing Manager (EMENA)

🔍 What you bring

• Min. 5 years of purchasing/negotiation experience (incl. 2 years in chemical industry)
• Strong knowledge of EMENA chemical markets, sourcing processes & category management
• Experience in sourcing direct/indirect materials; Asia & China sourcing is a plus
• Understanding of costing & financial principles
• Fluent English; Dutch/French are an advantage
• Strong MS Office skills; SAP experience is a plus
• Project management skills & continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent negotiation, communication & stakeholder management abilities

🎯 Key responsibilities

• Optimize total cost of ownership & ensure supply continuity
• Conduct market research and spend analysis
• Identify alternative raw material suppliers
• Lead negotiations for high-impact indirect spend
• Manage supplier database, performance reviews & risk assessments
• Prepare analytical reports supporting procurement KPIs & market insights
