Position Summary

As Service Representative you will provide technical assistance servicing our business at Clearwater Lewiston location. Your responsibilities will consist of monitoring Buckman’s chemical applications by collecting various samples thru the paper mill processes, conducting laboratory testing and reporting these results on a daily schedule.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Daily collecting samples, testing samples in our local laboratory and reporting results to pre-established distribution list.
  
• Monitoring chemical inventory, feed tank level and transferring chemical when required.
  
• Adjusts chemical dosages/applications when required.
  
• Assists sales personnel in maintaining 100% compliance with the 8 Business Management Standards.
  
• Performs basic start up services, preventive maintenance, and basic general services on Company’s product/application/systems offerings.
  
• Complete required field documentation and reports and electronically transmit appropriate completed reports (i.e., job related field service report, expense report, etc.) in a timely fashion as dictated by Company policy and departmental procedures.
  
• Assists with on-site customer training utilizing Operating Training materials at assigned accounts. Documents customer training using personal service reports.
  
• Works with Buckman sales personnel to discover customer needs and maintain account leadership.
• Responsible for all aspects of safety on the job, including compliance with Buckman Safety, HAZMAT & Product Stewardship policies, and complying with Buckman policy regarding the shipping of analytical samples.

Essential Job Requirements
                   

• High school diploma required.                 
• Ability to work in a working environment exposed to heat, noise and involve walking over 10,000 steps per day.
• Must have valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation
