Job Responsibilities：
1, Act safely and practice Buckman Safety Principles and Golden Rules
2, Proactively pursue business excellence, optimize the way of organizing daily job and try new approaches to embrace company transition and aiming for long term sustainable business growth
3, Smart & Digital Transformation - Deliver excellent customer relationship management by providing best Digital products and service options. Transitioning to use of Ackumen and new digi-chemi tools and offerings
4, Meet and/or exceed sales growth and financial performance targets including FCF and drive Buckman's success
5, Advance Innovation and growth - Drive sales of new product offerings. Meet revenue and profit target of Significant Launches annually
Qualifications：
Related experience in Leather Industry, Good knowledge in the entire leather making wet end and BBTS process
Computer literate；
On-line data entry,
Good communication skills (oral & written)
Basic English
