Job Responsibilities | 工作职责
- Collaborate with internal users and external partners to ensure the local implementation and execution of the company's global digital strategy.

推动并协调公司数字化工具和解决方案(如Acumen, ACM, MCAi)的持续改进与优化。 - Provide end-to-end support during digital deployments, including user training, daily Q&A, troubleshooting, and proactive communication to ensure a superior user experience.
在数字化部署期间提供全周期支持,包括用户培训、日常答疑、故障排查及主动沟通,以确保卓越的用户体验。 - Work closely with the overseas Insight Lab to establish disciplined workflows, guaranteeing seamless and efficient support services for users in China.
与海外Insight Lab紧密合作,建立规范的工作流程,为中国用户提供无缝、高效的支持服务。 - Proactively collect, analyze, and systematize user feedback; communicate insights effectively to the global team to drive continuous iteration of the digital ecosystem.

Job Qualifications | 任职要求
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Data Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
信息技术、数据科学、化学工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。 - Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel). Foundational programming knowledge (e.g., Python, SQL) or relevant experience is highly preferred.
熟练使用数据分析工具(如Power BI, Excel);具备基础编程知识(如Python, SQL)或相关经验者优先。 - Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong team spirit.
出色的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神。 - Good command of English, both oral and written.
