To lead and align reliability strategies that improve asset performance, reduce operational risk, and extend equipment life across all manufacturing and operational areas.

Outcome: Establish consistent reliability engineering practices, tools, and metrics across regions to drive equipment effectiveness and reduce failure variability.

Actions:

o Global deployment of standardized RCA, RCM, and PdM methodologies

o Reduction in variability of equipment failure modes across sites

o Adoption of shared best practices and continuous improvement tools globally

Outcome: Optimize Asset: Life Cycle and Performance

Develop and deploy asset strategies that reduce total cost of ownership while maximizing uptime and performance reliability of critical assets.

Actions:

o Year-over-year improvement in asset performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, OEE)

o Documented reduction in lifecycle costs of key asset classes

o Global asset strategies created and reviewed annually

Outcome: Drive Predictive Maintenance and Condition Monitoring Initiatives

Expand and optimize the use of predictive maintenance technologies and data analytics across all departments to proactively address equipment degradation.

Actions:

o Increased use and ROI of vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound, and oil analysis

o Decrease in unplanned downtime and reactive maintenance globally

o Integration of condition data into CMMS and decision-making tools

Outcome: Lead Root Cause and Failure Analysis Ensure high-impact failures are investigated with corrective actions implemented and knowledge shared across sites to prevent recurrence.

Actions:

o All critical failures have RCAs completed within defined timeline

o Action plans tracked and implemented with accountability

o Lessons learned repository developed and leveraged across all sites

Outcome: Build Regional Capability and Reliability Culture Train in reliability practices and tools, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Actions:

o Reliability training programs delivered regularly

o Positive feedback from site leadership on engagement and knowledge transfer

o Increase in proactive vs. reactive maintenance ratio across regions

Outcome: Align Reliability with Operational and Sustainability Goals Support objectives by aligning reliability improvements with safety, environmental, and production targets.

Actions:

o Reduction in reliability-related environmental or safety incidents

o Energy and resource efficiency gains linked to reliability upgrades

o Reliability initiatives tied to sustainability and corporate KPI dashboards
