REPORTS TO: Director of Product 




Broadvoice is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you will plan and execute throughout the Product Lifecycle, including; gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. If you have experience in the UCaaS industry, we want to talk to you! 



  • Manage a product roadmap for a set of features from inception through implementation.
  • Create scope, specify innovative features, and shepherd them through development.
  • Collect requirements, establish key performance metrics, craft the user experience, and drive execution.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS industry.
  • Work at the intersection of development, data science and user experience.
  • Work with business leaders to shape and drive business cases for product features.
  • Drive the acquisition funnel through pricing, packaging, and more.
  • Perform in depth competitive analysis and clearly identify opportunities for solution differentiation.
  • Identify the essential qualities of each feature: Value proposition, risk, revenue.
  • Understand and explain complex technical issues, discern impact, and communicate them to maximize clarity and drive resolution.
  • Use good judgment to make appropriate trade-offs when scoping and specifying solutions, ensuring that anything we build adds value to the business and continues to add value to our users.



  • 7+ years of Technical Product Management experience building great API products.
  • Strong analytical skillset to decipher business needs and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to develop and maintain product specifications.
  • Ability to think creatively and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Can take charge and thrive in fast paced environment.
  • Able to communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Able to influence without authority.
  • Highly responsible, self-disciplined, creative, and confident.
  • Ability to juggle priorities, pace, and multiple deliverables.
  • Solid understanding of application architectures, databases, APIs,
  • A track record of being proactive and persuading colleagues by constructing a compelling narrative both in-person and in-writing.
  • Past success analyzing data, drawing accurate conclusions, and adjusting strategy accordingly.
  • Experience in UCaaS industry a plus.
