WINK News is looking for a reporter dedicated to covering the environment here in Southwest Florida. Water is Florida’s most precious resource. It not only surrounds our state, but it also connects communities. Florida’s unique landscape is made up of wetlands, beaches, swamps, and forests; all of which play a crucial role in the well-being of our state. Florida’s water is facing its own crisis between quality and quantity. WINK News is devoted to learning about these issues. We are looking for a unique story teller who is willing to develop contacts and sources to inform our viewers about the issues facing Southwest Florida. Candidate must be able to shoot, write, and edit. Photographer for some shoots will be made available but not always depending on content. Experienced reporter is not mandatory but recommended.
