Here’s what you’d do:

The Project Administrator will be responsible for assisting a Director or Department Manager and their team at BrightView Enterprise Solutions (BES). This individual will work with external customers, service partners and various operation and support personnel. They will own the administrative functions for the team they support.

You’d be responsible for:

  • Performing a variety of administrative duties including building/updating spreadsheets, building/editing PowerPoint presentations, scanning/emailing, filing, and maintaining files
  • Working closely with Director or Department Manager to ensure all objectives are accomplished and deadlines are met
  • Analyzing data and make recommendations for process improvement
  • Working cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
  • Trouble-shooting issues and resolve problems within their team/department
  • Scheduling travel arrangements (flight, hotel, etc.) and coordinate lunches or special team events

 You might be a good fit if you have:

  • Minimum of a 2 year degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administrative support and customer service

 And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:

  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (specifically v and h lookups), Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience with Map Point and iGrafix  
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks, work independently and is a highly motivated, self-starter
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • A team player and supportive business partner attitude
  • Experience in service industry
