Here’s what you’d do:

Reporting to the Director, Learning and Development, the Project Manager, Talent Management is responsible for the governance and intake of enterprise-wide, multi-discipline TM project management and may also serve as the program management owner for key projects. The Project Manager will support the Director in overseeing delivery of TM project activity associated with talent acquisition and human resource Learning programs. 

You’d be responsible for:

  • Leading project calls, assigning work, and managing project to timeline and outcomes.
  • Use learning tools
  • Stakeholder management — leading stakeholder management sessions and keeping various management abreast of potential issues by maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Creation of project related process documents.
  • Assisting in training new and existing employees regarding policies and procedures related to project outcomes.
  • Don’t include tasks that will be less than 5% of the role’s overall duties and responsibilities.

  • Have in-depth knowledge in Project Management, and strong written and oral communication skills
  • Learning tools

  • Enjoy working independently
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Contribute to process improvements
  • Typically resolve problems thinking “outside of the box”
  • Work with minimal guidance
  • Experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management or Learning and Development
  • PMP Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or minimum of 1 year and an advanced degree or project management certification; or equivalent work experience.
