Here’s what you’d do:

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Senior Director is responsible for supporting and enabling BrightView’s CRM strategy by serving as a collaborative business process and technology leader. 

You’d be responsible for:

  • Leading and coaching a team of 10 including 3 Managers. Guides team on multiple tasks and deliver results on predictable timelines.
  • Integrating efforts across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, IT, and our teams in the field to help deliver goals of customer satisfaction, customer retention, growth, and internal efficiency. 
  • Driving accountability and continual improvement with a focus on metrics, key performance indicators, as well as customer feedback loops.
  • Serving as a business owner of BrightView’s CRM technology platform, including tools like Salesforce.com and Oracle CPQ. 
  • Taking strategic direction from senior leadership, collaboratively gain consensus on how to implement that direction, and then follows through with the implementation and adoption in partnership with other internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Acting as an advisor to internal teams including but not limited to the senior/executive leadership team, Business Developers, Account Managers, Marketing, Finance, and Legal. 
  • Overseeing department daily activities including data governance, measuring process and system adoption, prioritizing process and system changes, leading the internal CRM development team, coordinating with external implementation partners, etc. Additionally, the team will be accountable for business process support and training users of our CRM tools.
  • Driving accountability and a continual improvement approach with a focus on metrics, key performance indicators, as well as customer feedback loops.
  • Periodic travel (e.g., monthly to quarterly) is expected to support business teams in the field and work with stakeholders in multiple offices.

You might be a good fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required and master preferred or equivalent certification
  • Minimum of 10 Years of Management Experience, preferably related to the CRM / Service industry.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing C-level Executives and Senior Management.
  • Ability to understand the business, and business needs and identify areas that can be optimized. 
  • Enabled multiple business processes and delivered working solutions that have a measurable impact on their organization.
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, make decisions and build trust across the organization.
  • Experience working with technical & functional resources and following an Agile-based delivery methodology.
  • Experience supporting CRM solutions on Salesforce.com.
  • Must be able to rapidly assess and understand the organization’s operational service delivery structure 
  • Initiating, managing, and sustaining business relationships with heavy experience managing customer expectations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to grasp business and technology concepts quickly.
