Here’s what you’d do:
  • Responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting on behalf of the Maintenance Services Segment
  • PowerPoint deck preparation to support the annual budget process and monthly business reviews
  • Develop training materials and participate in company-wide training for new FP&A system implementation
  • Own the preparation and distribution of key monthly and quarterly reports such as Sales Reporting, Customer Reporting, and Labor Analysis
  • Manage sales incentive calculation, audit, approval, and pay process for all Maintenance sales incentive plans
  • Identify trends in financial performance, identify risks & opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Routine communication with all levels of the organization relating to core FP&A functions such as forecast, budget, financial close & analysis, key deliverables, strategic initiatives and other ad hoc tasks
  • Cross-functional business partner with Finance, Ops, and other core business unit leaders to provide data and help drive strategic decisions
  • Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance
  • Perform additional ad hoc projects and analytics as necessary

Skills we're seeking:

  • Finance, Accounting, Business or related Bachelor's degree; MBA or CPA preferred
  • 3-5 years of P&L analysis experience and/or Financial Modeling
  • Experience in a matrixed organization and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Excel financial modeling, PowerPoint presentations and other financial software (VBA macros a plus) with keen attention to detail
  • Precise, deadline-driven, mature-minded, organized, communicative and creative team member
  • Strategic thinker with ability to influence and “tell the story” with empirical data
