Looking for an opportunity where success comes naturally? Then you may have found your crew. We’re looking for an AP Specialist, Address Book to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proper documentation and setup all suppliers, dayraters, customers and jobs
  • Process vendor remittance changes after verification is completed
  • Resolve any issues to complete the setup in accordance with BrightView’s internal control requirements
  • Approve customer 20’s in extra work program
  • Enter banking for ACH supplier enrollment
  • Add required information for VPM setup
  • Add and remove holds
  • Escalate issues to management, as needed
  • Participate in meetings with IT, Branches, as needed
  • Special projects as needed for updates
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant accounts payable
  • An excellent knowledge of business processes and systems
  • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills required
  • Experience with shared services and Oracle ERP systems a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word)

  • Ability to execute and follow-through to completion.

  • Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism
  • High degree of problem solving and decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and build strong relationships with colleagues
Physical Demands/Requirements:
  • Constant operation of a computer
  • Position is sedentary; must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of time
 
Work Environment:
This role works in an indoor office work environment. Hybrid three days in office, two days remote
