Program Manager – Manager

Position Description

Bridge Partners is looking for a program manager to drive the successful development, management, and execution of new programs for our clients. To succeed in this role, you must have strong assessment, planning, and orchestration skills and an ability to jump in, build from scratch, and deliver quick-turn deliverables while working against long-term timelines and objectives. The Program Manager will work daily on-site with our client and a variety of internal and external stakeholders to guide the program launch. The Program Manager will be the primary leader and driver of this fast-moving project. You will thrive if you are a strategic thinker and problem solver and have a passion for working across organizations, disciplines, and geographies. An ability to quickly understand and navigate the complexities related to implementing corporate policies and standards worldwide. You will excel if you can partner quickly and closely and create quick wins with internal partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Engage with business owner, multiple functional areas, and stakeholders to identify and document key program launch goals, priorities, work streams, and deliverables

* Build and manage program launch plan, revisions control, triage, escalation, and milestone management

* Drive and manage successful delivery of work streams and deliverables—foster relationships to build a spirit of collaboration and success

* Synthesize voice of stakeholders into insights and infuse themes into program updates

* Set guidelines for tone, manner and style of written and visual communications

* Provide timely updates and elevate critical risks to cross-functional team and executive sponsors

* Facilitate regular project launch meetings and develop a strong discipline for collaborative delivery of results including effective meeting facilitation and launch metrics

* Effectively communicate state-of-the-launch status to business leadership and drive the drafting, development, and dissemination of other internal critical launch communications

* Assess existing launch processes, identify gaps, and recommend/implement improvements to support successful program launch

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* 5-8 years of applicable Program Management experience

* Management consulting experience

* Business / Technical analyst skills and experience

* Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision

Education and Experience 

* Masters of Business Administration

* PMP certification

* Scrum certification

* Experience working on large mergers/acquisition/integration projects
