Description

The Marketing practice is looking for a strong marketing project manager to support a variety of product and solution marketing content initiatives. A successful candidate will be able to balance multiple engagements, driving internal project teams, and interfacing with clients and stakeholders to develop a bill-of-materials to support a product and/or service launch. The project manager will be responsible for understanding the scope of an engagement, customer needs, and have a broad understanding of product/solution marketing best practices and the types of content required to support a launch motion.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop strong partnerships with the product and segment marketers (customer and partner) and stakeholders to lead and execute projects against business priorities.
  • Understand components necessary to plan and execute Bill of Materials (BOM) creation including product content, messaging positioning, pitch decks, flyers, sales guides, web content, banners, social, etc. working with internal (Bridge) and external (client) stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the content development process. Responsible for developing project plans, communicating timelines, and orchestrate resources to build and design the content assets. Various team members included: content strategists, writers, copywriters and design resources.
  • Quickly come up to speed on new products/solutions by developing a deep knowledge base to help content writers understand product/solution functionality included within BOM. Be able to review content for product truth, asking key questions to SMEs, as needed.
  • Exhibit project leadership, facilitating internal and client meetings, escalating issues, managing workback schedules, and client communication (including meeting notes and follow ups)

  • Proven professional maturity and strong executive presence.
  • Proven ability to lead and mange cross-functional teams, virtual teams, and designated agencies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with all levels of stakeholders and personalities.
  • Comfortable with and ability to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

 

Education and Experience

  • B.S. / MBA degree in Marketing, business or related field is preferred
